Rules, Waivers and Boundaries
Winter 2012
The District Office, Regional Office and Little League International prohibit players from playing in
a league outside their designated boundary.  If a member played in the league and moved outside
to the league prior to December 15th. These waivers will be reviewed by the CHLL board and if
approved, will be routed to the District Office for final authorization and approval. There are NO
EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
