Policy
regarding Possible Rained-Out
Games
It should be assumed that all games will be played as scheduled unless
the City of C.H. closes the fields involving our schedule or a
designated representative from our Board of Directors deems the fields
to be unsafe.
If a manager is unsure of field status he or she should contact the
following number:

Important:
It should never be assumed that because it rained at your house the
fields are closed that day. Weather conditions vary around the city.
Our league makes every effort to play every game as long as it is safe.
If the Message Center has not been updated then proceed to the field as
planned. If the games can not be played the umpire (if available) or
both managers agree, the field will be closed for that game. If this
occurs, the managers must notify the designated board member as soon as
possible so that future games can be assessed and arrangements can be
made by the Divisional Vice President to re-schedule that game. |
